Commercial Finance Manager As a Commercial Finance Manager at Honeywell, in Dublin, you will be responsible for you will serve as the primary finance leader for the CL LOB and provide commercial support for the EMEA based HCLS sales teams.You will also support critical financial planning activities and be responsible for reporting regional results and analyzing business performance – including the preparation of executive level communications and presentations. Key requirements · Manage CL LOB costs and budgets · Broad-based accounting responsibilities (software capitalization, department expense, vendor accruals) · Critical role in planning cycle: Strategic Plan (STRAP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) · Forecast near-term financial results: Short Range Outlook (SRO) · Establish clear, consistent reporting and operating processes · Prepare and provide information for presentations for the HCLS President and CFO · Partner with functional leaders to optimize financial results · Special projects as required · Mentor junior members of the team Key skills and qualifications ·5+ years of Finance Experience: Commercial finance, FP&A experience · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration · Enterprise software finance or SaaS finance experience · Strong technical knowledge of finance systems · Excellent communication and influencing skills, Self-motivated, driving business initiatives · Familiarity with tax hub model and strategies · Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions to business problems without supervision · Strong analytical & problems solving skills and Effective verbal and written communication skill Our offer · A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environment · Market specific training and ongoing personal development. · Experienced leaders to support your professional development Equal opportunity statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
