The Job at a Glance
As a HubSpot Onboarding Consultant at andweekly, you will support our customers with the onboarding of HubSpot Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs. You will think your way into the digital marketing, sales and service strategies of our customers. You implement their requirements and automate marketing, sales and support processes to help our customers achieve their business goals. We consult and enable B2B companies to grow sustainably with digital marketing. andweekly combines strategy, content, campaigns and technology into scalable marketing solutions. We work 100% as a virtual team and offer you the greatest possible freedom and flexibility, assuming a healthy level of personal responsibility and self-discipline. We are looking for a HubSpot Onboarding Consultant in a permanent position with a creative and analytical mindset and a desire for new exciting challenges in digital B2B marketing.Responsibilities
- You will accompany andweekly customers in the implementation of the HubSpot solutions HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Sales Hub and HubSpot Service Hub
- You will create onboarding project plans for a wide range of customers with a clear focus on B2B industries, taking into account the requirements of our customers
- You will regularly participate in HubSpot trainings, acquire all relevant certifications and stay up to date with the HubSpot product roadmap
- You will research customer-specific topics and use the HubSpot knowledge base, training courses and support agents to delve deep into our customers' subject areas
- You will work closely with all members of the Technology and Customer success teams at andweekly to continuously improve the quality of HubSpot onboardings
Requirements
- Excellent skills in the areas of HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Sales Hub and HubSpot Service Hub
- A soft spot for B2B topics and lead generation for B2B solutions
- Knowledge in the development of templates and integrations is an advantage
- High level of creativity and the ability to use constructive feedback and data-driven insights to optimize HubSpot onboardings
- Knowledge of common digital marketing, sales and support tactics
- Positive attitude and motivation to achieve the best for our customers
- Feeling comfortable to work in a 100% virtual organization
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Asana and Slack
- Native-level fluency in German (C2) and advanced proficiency in English (C1)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven
