We are looking for someone who can develop and nurture relationships within a B2B market and who has a proven track record of securing new business coupled with the ability to recognise the importance of delivering what is promised. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling our portfolio of industrial hygiene and cleaning products produced in cooperation with Unilever. However, you will also be expected to proactively identify new opportunities to sell Diversey’s own portfolio of products. This role will be a mixture of Account Management and Business Development: you will identify and develop new business opportunities as well as manage existing customers to secure long- term growth.   • Create, develop, and execute the sales strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Maintain current clients and create opportunities to upsell.
  • Use innovative approaches to find business.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with existing accounts to secure long-term growth.
  • Merchandise into existing accounts.
  • Build, manage and maintain a sales pipeline with accurate activity and forecasting.
  • Apply and complete tender opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Some experience in field sales (2/3 years min.)
  • Basic digital skills. Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt.
  • A high level of confidence with the ambition to succeed.
  • A professional, presentable, and credible attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a bigger team.
