We have multiple Full-time and Part-Time opportunities for experienced Cleaners to join our Home Care team, providing cleaning services to clients across Darwin. ARRCS Home Care team provide domestic and care services to the elderly to support their ability to remain independent and continue to reside within their own homes. Your role as a Cleaner – Home Care will see you travelling to numerous clients homes and providing a housekeeping services as directed and outlined in their Care Plans. This can include standard domestic including bathroom, kitchen, dusting, mopping and rubbish etc however, can also include ‘high’ cleans such as windows, ceiling fans, wall washing, spas etc. This opportunity will suit a committed person who has care and compassion and enjoys interacting with our aged care clients. As the ideal candidate, you will be a proactive person with a caring nature. You will enjoy supporting the elderly and working in a busy environment. You will be comfortable in travelling to people’s homes and providing cleaning services. - Demonstrated experience in working in one or more of the core areas of a Hospitality worker – Cleaning, Laundry, or Kitchen support.
- Able to commit to casual ad hoc hours.
- Be well presented, organised, and committed to work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive workplace.
- Have a caring and supportive nature towards vulnerable people.
- Ability to manage and work within a culturally diverse team environment.
- An ability to undertake a range of manual handling functions related to the role.
- A National Police Check dated or lodged within 3 months of commencement date
- Provide Evidence of current Influenza Vaccination
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
