What you need to know Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit – Production Line Leader for our client , based in the Kildare Region Excellent package on offer. This is a day’s role, potential for shift work down the line. Your new job Key duties & responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a specific production area and ensuring smooth operations.
- Setting high standards for safety, quality, and productivity, and making sure that the team meets those standards.
- Provide leadership and support toteam members, coaching, takingaccountability, and helping them solve any problems that arise.
- Manage the day-to-day operations, with a focus on continuous improvement-streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar qualification preferable
- 3-5 Years Manufacturing Experience.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Specific expertise in Moulding, and Brushmaking technology, would be a distinct advantage.
- SAP System Knowledge desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and experience in team leadership.
