Specific Accountabilities Lead the APAC Region Commercial Planning
- Fundamentally Setting up the growth strategy and leading the execution of its strategy for Growth
- Lead, steer and manage the team of Commercial planning.
- Drive implementation of regionally set sales business processes and IT landscape within the respective cluster / country to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the Commercial activities.
- Support improvement of Commercial related processes and IT landscape by providing cluster / country insights and best demonstrated practices to regional and Corporate Sales Planning
- Lead CRM function and Provide Performance visibility across Commercial and BU Field Sales (aggregate level).
- Jointly drive & set with regional CCO commercial Cost Budget and annual target setting across the Verticals and BUs.
- Development of and driving consistent sales structures, IT landscape and processes on cluster / country level
- Implement Commercial related processes, practices and procedures within the respective cluster / country and break down best practices, structures, and processes to assigned clusters / countries.
- Provide input and support for the monitoring, prioritization and manage the project portfolio within Commercial organization.
- Accountable for all results developed within the following sub-functions jointly with respective global function leads:
- Within Strategy and Business Excellence for approving results related to cluster / country Sales strategy and planning and standardization
- Within Tender Management for approving all results related to the development Tender Management process
- Within Performance Management / CRM for approving all results related to the management of the CRM system and sales performance tracking in the cluster / country
- 10 years of relevant working experience in the same role in the logistics industry and its commercial environment, with a track record in sales
- Preferred, Bachelor level in Supply Chain Management and Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English languages.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with positive attitude to overcome problems effectively and able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
- Distinctive intercultural competency: able to communicate with all levels of the organisation, work as a team and build strong rapport and credibility both internally (country organisation, regional and global offices) and externally (customers)
- Possess strong persuasive skills when presenting the proposed solution(s) to the internal & external stakeholders
- Require hands-on approach, able to multi-task and work under time pressure
- Ability to travel abroad
