Company: Leading Organization in Oil & Gas Services and Manufacturing Industry Location: Singapore Duration: 6 months Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This role will be instrumental in driving the human resources strategy during a transitional period. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR leadership within the oil and gas industry and have a proven track record of implementing strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the leadership team during the interim period, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives, including talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Organizational Development: Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and productivity.
- HR Operations: Ensure efficient HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to support organizational initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
- Communication: Effectively communicate HR policies, programs, and initiatives to employees and stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive organizational excellence and achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in regional or global HR leadership roles, with significant experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations across Asia and Middle East.
- Experience managing performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through change.
