Finance Executive | Jurong Fishery Port | 5 days | Up to $3,800

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Finance Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable (AP) process effectively and assisting in system implementation projects. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, ensuring three payment cycles are executed weekly without discrepancies.
• Handle booking and verification of invoices, and ensure timely closing of the AP module.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of AP-related reports and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial data.
• Respond to vendor queries promptly and maintain a smooth communication flow to resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in managing fixed assets and participate in any ad-hoc projects or system implementations as required.

• Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in a medium-sized or larger organization.
• Proficient in using ERP systems with a solid understanding of general accounting principles.
• Familiarity with GST regulations and compliance.
• Highly meticulous with strong logical thinking abilities; capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable handling manual processes and communicating in Mandarin, as required for dealing with specific vendors or stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and external parties.
