- At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role within the creative industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to engage with clients, freelancers, and agencies.
- Strong appreciation for design and a talent for coming up with creative ideas.
- Enjoyment of sales activities and skill in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Capacity to establish and maintain relationships with clients and creative partners.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects at once.
- Problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges as they arise.
- Negotiation skills for managing contracts and project terms.
- Adaptability to accommodate changing client needs and industry trends.
- Familiarity with design software and collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Experience working internationally, with an understanding of different cultural contexts.
- Involvement in award-winning projects or campaigns showcasing creativity and design expertise.
- Ability to retain clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Awareness of emerging trends in design and artificial intelligence.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from $2500 to $3000
- Initial loan of $1200 provided as a "starting budget" to set up a comfortable work environment, with $100 deducted from the loan every month worked. Employees have the opportunity to request a new investment after three years of employment.
