We are a Fintech, creating a global asset verification platform that allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits and spend more time helping businesses to create greater value for all economic stakeholders. Our current customer base includes big four accountancy firms as well as global banks. As the Revenue Operations Manager at Circit, you will be instrumental in driving our sales operations to new heights. This role involves strategic oversight and management of sales data, tools, and processes to maximize revenue. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across all stages of the customer lifecycle.  This is a broad role and will cover aspects including: 

  • Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that all sales-related activities support the company’s business goals. 
  • Data Management and Analytics: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data to identify trends and forecast sales performance. Use insights to make informed strategic decisions and recommendations. 
  • Technology Management: Evaluate, select, and manage tools and technologies used by the sales team, such as CRM systems and sales automation tools, to ensure they are optimal for achieving business goals. 
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide insights into sales metrics, performance against targets, and areas for improvement. 
  • Sales Strategy: Inform and support the refinement sales strategies based on analytical insights and industry trends to drive revenue growth. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and maximize customer retention and upselling opportunities. 
  • Training and Development: Develop training materials and programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge. Ensure all team members are proficient in using sales tools and technologies. 
  • Leadership: Provide leadership in the sales operations space and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. 
You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, ideally within a SaaS or fintech environment. 
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and increasing revenue in a similar role. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. 
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines 
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on both a tactical and strategic level.
