This is an outstanding opportunity for a suitably qualified L&D or HR professional to join a highly dynamic & fast growing organisation headquartered in Limerick city & further develop their HR career so if you're interested, please apply! The Job : Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing & evaluating L&D & training programmes for their corporate & multinational client base both here in Ireland & internationally. More specifically you will be tasked with developing timelines & milestones for learning initiatives, managing resource allocations & budgets, writing proposal/tender documentation, cultivating strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, conducting training needs analysis & scoping exercises with clients, updating LMS & training tracking systems, monitoring L&D deadlines, ensuring quality standards are adhered to & analysing post event/programme learning outcome. Your Skills/Experience that we need :
- 3rd level degree qualified, or above, in HR, Org Development, Training or a related discipline.
- 2-3+ years experience in a L&D focused role ideally in a large corporate or dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in L&D/HR programme management & analysis.
- Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong IT & project skills.
