Additionally, we assist large enterprises in establishing and managing innovative incubator/accelerator arms, crafting programs aligned with their goals to foster innovation and growth. Job Description We seek a proactive and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be crucial in sourcing new investment opportunities, meeting with startups, and fostering relationships with potential partners. This position will be hybrid, involving both remote and in-office work, with flexibility for travel as needed. Key Responsibilities 1. Source and evaluate investment opportunities, meet with startups and conduct due diligence. 2. Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate partners. 3. Collaborate with the investment team to structure and negotiate deals. 4. Represent Wu Song Capital at industry events and networking functions. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field 2. Minimum 1 year experience in business development, venture capital, or investment banking. 3. Fluency in English 4. Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and investment process. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
