Job Profile :

• Coordination with web developers and designers to maintain or enhance the design and themes for website.
• Products and content management including all categories, prices, images, banners etc.
• Updating the high resolution images, description and specification of the products.
• Managing online promotions, offers, discounts etc. to increase customers.
• Monitoring competitors websites and pricing structures to ensure competitive positioning within marketplaces.
• Coordination with Digital Marketing team for Branding. Marketing campaign by targeting potential customers through various channels
• Coordination of social media posting, WhatsApp Marketing, SEO with the relevant team
• Sales forecasts and schedules to reflect desired productivity targets and achievements
• Target for improving online visitor by providing immediate action and instant customer service
• Coordination with regional and local sales, Purchase managers and staff.
• Documentation and SOP for all developed applications and systems.
• Managing third party portals and marketing requirements
• Enhancements in developing different areas of online store like easy checkout options and secure payment gateway
• Planning and managing monthly task/planner for all the areas e-commerce and digital marketing and follow-up
• Reporting and presenting to the management periodically with results, Analytics and plan for further action
• Able to handle English and Arabic contents in the site as well as other mediums in a professional method.

• This contract duration is for minimum 6 months and renewable.
• In case of cancellation of contract, 30 days prior notice shall be submitted.
• Working hours will be 9 hours compulsory with 6 working days.
• Total numbers of working days will be 26 days a month.
• Payment should be done within 15 days of invoice submitted.
