Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Key Responsibilities
- Solutioning and developing complex, enterprise-transforming applications using Springboot, Angular, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript & HTML
- Hands-on coding using Java to write programs for micro front end based applications and backend services
- Collaborating with different technical, delivery and users to build quality software
- Develop user friendly application with features to automate repeated tasks done by the users on daily basis
- Capability in writing SQLs, debugging issues. High level understanding of database functions.
- Work closely with business users to understand the pain points and develop solutions to cater the needs
- Understanding on the application deployment and Monitoring in Openshift
- 4+ years of experience in application development
- Hands-on experience in full stack development, using tech stack Java, Springboot, Angular.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; the implementation of these skills in application development.
- Good understanding of design patterns
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins and GIT
- Additional experience on developing Microservices architecture based applications
- Excellent analytical skills; Proficient in MS Office and able to produce board-level documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who sets and meets challenging personal targets;
- Must be a team player
