JOB PURPOSE: role demands for rapid and accurate data entry, meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a dynamic supply chain environment. for purchasing, scheduling, and managing goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified requirements at the agreed cost, quality, and delivery targets. Ensure Restaurants Operations & Support Center maintains a smooth operational plan with a steady flow of needed services/ materials. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Purchase Order Release
- Generate Purchase Orders from Planner-generated Purchase Requisitions.
- Consolidate Purchase Requisition lines into supplier-level orders, aligning with Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), Container, and Pallet Load requirements.
- Daily monitoring of open orders, track container movements and update the system accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels, collaborating with the planning team to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or surplus.
- Verify draft Packing Lists and Invoices before the inventory dispatches from the supplier’s facility.
- Manage and record Original Shipping Documents, ensuring precise system updates and facilitating clearance procedures with the shipping team.
- Facilitate the ICT process by ensuring that all supporting documentation at both SKU and import levels is shared with the shipping team.
- Attach landed cost matrices to each import Purchase Order to capture costs accurately.
- Reconcile Supplier Invoices with the Accounts Payable team for accurate costing.
- Share Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN) with the Warehouse team before physical delivery of inbound shipments.
- Ensure inbound shipments meet freshness standards, if not, align with the planning team to make a final decision.
- Collaborate with the WH team and manage the hold inventory effectively to ensure highest level of inventory accuracy.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth Order delivery processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum experience of +2 years within the role of supply chain operations
- Previous experience in Supply Chain analyst, coordination, purchasing roles in a similar business is a plus.
- Strong background in global supply chain standards.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office.
- ERP Knowledge (Oracle Fusion)
