One of the many exciting roles we are recruiting for is a Marketing Specialist to support our growth plans and help recruit companies to Kara Connect. We are in an exciting scaling phase and this role will be key to help design and build this critical function. You will be comfortable iterating and testing approaches as we optimise our Go to Market strategy. We are growing fast, and this is an exciting time to join a scaling business. You will have a terrific opportunity to shape and define your role within the marketing function. Key Responsibilities: Reporting into the Marketing Manager you will:

• Craft and implement lead generation campaigns utilising diverse digital tools such as social media platforms, email, landing pages, podcasts, SEO, PPC, website, and events to drive inbound leads.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to continuously enhance campaign performance, lead quality, and message relevance.
• Manage marketing automation campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring precise segmentation for targeted outreach.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Competency with analytics and insights to improve decision making.
• Track and report the metrics that matter for your department - know them better than anyone else and know how to improve them
• Embrace a culture of testing and iteration to optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Strong copywriting skills.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally across EMEA
• Proven success executing and scaling B2B demand generation programs to drive inbound leads across multiple channels
• Proficient in Hubspot Marketing Hub or equivalent (more Hubspot certifications are a plus)
• Google Analytics certification or equivalent
• Fearlessness in testing and iterating strategies to drive continual improvement.
• Ability to develop lead generation strategies and to execute tactically
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, maneuvering efficiently through changing priorities.

Preferred but not essential:

• Experience working with a Nordic brand
• Successful campaigns targeting HR leaders
