What You’ll Do: As our Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of making magic happen. Your mission will be to recruit, manage, and empower our volunteers and front of house staff, ensuring seamless operations across all festival activities. From creating schedules to organising training sessions, you’ll be the driving force behind creating an environment where every volunteer feels valued, and every audience member feels welcomed. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and manage volunteers and front of house staff.
- Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Uphold health and safety standards and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the festival team to ensure a stellar audience experience.
- Provide essential support to the festival core team.
- Experience in volunteer coordination or team management.
- Stellar organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Front of house operations experience.
- Team management or supervision background.
