Key tasks will include;
- Proactive service and portfolio sales growth
- Renewal and upsell of existing maintenance contracts
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Managing sales activity, pipeline building, forecasting
- Account management and delivering optimal customer service
- Working with the Operations team to ensure efficient fulfilment of maintenance agreements and orders
- Strategic planning to ensure growth, service excellence and risk management amongst customers
- Debt management and working with finance to ensure outstanding invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Driven and success oriented
- 3+ years of experience
- Able to work at pace in a fast moving environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work closely with colleagues in Finance, Operations
- Demonstrate the highest levels of customer support
