- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally across various levels
- Track record of proactively improving processes and effective problem-solving skills

- Manage operations for review and enforcement strategies applicable to Google Play’s Payments policies.
- Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational workstreams.
- Build deep policy knowledge and product expertise to implement, execute, and iteratively improve enforcement operations.
- Lead complex projects involving multiple-stakeholders to improve abuse detection systems and mitigate user harm.
- Partner closely with stakeholders across T&S and other cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Legal.
