Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Civil/Structural Engineering. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, technical expertise in civil and structural engineering, and a proven track record in managing large-scale complex projects. What You'll Be Doing:

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making.
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables to align with client requirements.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of civil and structural engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Delegate tasks, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, address skill gaps, and promote professional development opportunities.
Oversee the conceptualization, design, and optimization of civil and structural engineering solutions.
Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design process.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management or leadership role and a minimum 2yrs+ experience in GCC (KSA experience ideally).
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
Strong technical proficiency in structural analysis, design software, and construction methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
