Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Civil/Structural Engineering. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, technical expertise in civil and structural engineering, and a proven track record in managing large-scale complex projects. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables to align with client requirements.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of civil and structural engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Delegate tasks, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, address skill gaps, and promote professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the conceptualization, design, and optimization of civil and structural engineering solutions.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design process.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management or leadership role and a minimum 2yrs+ experience in GCC (KSA experience ideally).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong technical proficiency in structural analysis, design software, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
