AWS Sales Administrator (Contract)

We are seeking a self-starter, someone who takes initiative and is highly organized, for an AWS Sales Administrator Contract role. You must be enthusiastic about operational efficiency and thrive in a challenging environment. Bring your 3+ years of experience in Sales Administration preferably within the tech industry with knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems and Project Management tools. Type: 1 year fixed-term contractArea: RemoteSalary: R25 000 – R30 000 pm Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting:
- Deliver accurate reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up with clients on reports and update relevant systems promptly.
- Track and monitor deals across various teams to improve internal communication and ROI.
- Assist in achieving monthly targets and ensure continuous improvement in pipeline management.
- Attend events when necessary.
- Follow up on leads generated after a sales rep has reached out, within 5-7 days of the event and ensure timely updates in relevant systems.
- Maintain ROI records of events and provide regular reports.
- Conduct daily standups and weekly performance presentations to ensure timely responses to customers.
- Implement automation solutions to enhance customer experience and reduce administrative burden.
- Identify, compile, and submit new opportunities monthly.
- Update deals regularly to monitor and report on their progress.
- Complete NDA documents promptly.
- Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
- Aid with training to team members as needed to ensure understanding of platforms used.
- Process AWS quotes and prepare migration quotes for the AWS sales team promptly.
- 3+ Years of experience in sales delivery or coordination or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a challenging environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
