Job Summary: Plans, coordinates and directs patient care to adhere to optimal evidence based standards of patient care delivery in a cost effective manner. Ensures the education, orientation and evaluation of all staff is performed in such a manner as to maintain high levels of competency in accordance with the hospital s policies procedures and national health regulatory bodies. Plus Additional leaves (Holidays) will be provided to the worker/employee as per Employment Contract. Free Fully-Furnished Housing Accommodation with basic appliances will be provided to the worker/employer. Visa / Iqama (Resident Permit) will be provided to the worker / employee at the cost of Employer. Tax-Free Salary Mobilization Air Ticket from Point of Origin will be provided. Free Medical will be provided to the worker / employee during the Employment (as per Employment contract). The initial/first contract will have a duration of one (1) year and may be renewed annually. Round-trip ticket and a visa (annual vacation) Other terms and conditions as per Saudi Labour Laws Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Valid professional license in the country of origin Eligible for registration with SCFHS as Specialist or higher. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in nursing, including 2+ years of informal or formal leadership or development as a leader. Active participation in or have co-led or led a Performance Improvement project or initiative. Preferably have participation in accreditations (JCI, CBAHI, similar) as a leader. Preferably have Magnet Journey experience or accreditation. Company Industry
