The Corporate & Government sales manager will spearhead our entry and expansion into the corporate and government sectors, a critical part of our business growth strategy. This role entails developing and implementing sales strategies to capture and grow these segments and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings meet the specific needs of these clients, including navigating tender processes and creating tailored solutions. This position is central to achieving the company's strategic objectives by driving significant revenue growth and establishing long-term client relationships in these key sectors. Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the corporate and government sectors, driving revenue growth and profitability with full P&L responsibility for the department.
  • Actively manage and optimize pricing strategies, promotional activities, and assortment planning in collaboration with the purchasing department to meet the department's objectives and ATG's strategic goals.
  • Directly engage in generating sales by actively participating in business development, showcasing strong sales skills and initiative in acquiring new business.
  • Lead the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to crafting tailored proposals and closing deals, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide customized solutions and services.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate value propositions to the corporate and government sectors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence within the department.
Required qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage an extensive network of contacts within the corporate and government sectors in KSA, expediting departmental success and market penetration
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years specifically in the corporate and government sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving targets, with a deep understanding of the tender process and contract negotiations.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing P&L, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
  • Knowledge of the tire industry or related sectors is highly advantageous.
