Job Description

  1. Seeking a skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our team in the oil and gas sector.
  2. Involved in designing and executing experiments to innovate and improve product solutions.
  3. Troubleshooting production issues and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Experiment Design and Execution: Develop new products or improve existing ones through rigorous experimentation and testing.
  2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within production processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  3. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
  4. Risk Assessment and Safety: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
  5. Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to foster innovation within the company.
  6. Process Optimization: Analyze current processes and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  7. Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of experiments, results, and procedural updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field. Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of project management and technical expertise. Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using industry-standard software and methodologies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Compliance and Safety: In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards. Benefits Additional Requirements: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia if not currently residing in the specified location. Turkish nationality is required as per company policy.
