- Contract: 12 months (optional freelance)
- Pay: Basic salary or day rate (depending on contract type) plus:
- Commission on all confirmed sales
- Performance bonus
- Hours: Full or Part-time (min. 14 hours per week/2 days)
- Location: Bath office or remote
- Start: ASAP
So, what do we need you to do?
- Work with our Managing Director to develop a new business sales target for the next 12 months.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B space.
- Create and develop relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and work to provide a tailored solution to meet the challenges they face.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to capitalise on emerging opportunities.
What we’re looking for
In addition to having a working knowledge of the public relations or wider marketing industry, you will need:- Demonstrable experience of winning new business and meeting sales targets within this sector, whether for a public relations, advertising, creative, design, or marketing agency.
- Because this could be a remote role, you will need to be self-motivated and eager to play a leading role in enabling the growth of the agency.
