The responsibilities include working closely with customers to understand their business needs, applying solutions expertise to unlock new business value with business process automation, and creating winning proposals with statements of work, and employing in-depth knowledge and experience to design, build and implement technical solutions. The Role:

• Uses business and technical acumen to understand the customer's business requirements, technical requirements
• Design and build high-quality business process automation solutions. These platforms include rapid application development with e-Forms and process automation with software robots.
• Produces code, algorithm, script and objects that are efficient, elegant, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Design and build robust and reliable integrations between various platforms and components.
• Perform validation and verification to ensure work products meet the design specifications.
• Deploys the solution components for development, testing and production.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues to find and address defects.
• Supports clients' existing business process automation solution, implementing change requirements as part of the change control process.
• Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of business automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
• Work closely with the product teams to propose new required features or improvements.
• Supports pre-sales engagements with in-depth knowledge and experience.
• Keeps abreast of emerging solutions and technologies via professional publications, seminars, and symposiums.
• Maintains and grows a continuing trusted relationship with customers.
• Mentors junior staff with on-the-job training.

Requirements:

• Proficient in web and mobile development: HTML, CSS, UX and UI design, JavaScript, Relational Databases, .Net, VB, C# Sharp, ALM and APM practices and tools
• Degree in computer science or another technical related field
• Presales accomplishments with solutions involving applications, infrastructure, and integration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• 5 years of experience in information technology; covering design, development, and integration demonstrating the ability to articulate complex technical matters to non-technical individuals.
• 2 years of software integration experience with applications, data, and infrastructure involving cloud platforms
• 3 years of application development and configuration for business-critical applications; configuring, debugging, and systems integration including forms, reports, underlying logic, databases, and interface components as a developer.
• Solid practitioner knowledge on methods and tools for delivering application engagements.
• At least 2 years RPA Solution development experience using UiPath software and the successfully production launch of minimum 3 complex RPA implementation.
• Translate business requirements into viable and scalable applications.
• Design enterprise layered architecture applications.
• Tackle complex technical challenges according to project needs.
• Assess existing applications in performance, architecture, and development best practices.
• Guarantee project quality in design-time by enforcing development best practices.
• Apply deep and wide technical skills in architecture patterns, solution designs and web application performance
• Develop web applications, project manage successful delivery, provide excellent maintenance and support for these applications.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
