Job Description

TEAMWORX RECRUITMENT are looking for a Specifications co-ordinator for an award winning bathrooms furniture company based in Dublin. If you a fully qualified & experienced plumber with an ambition to apply your technical knowledge to support a busy Commercial Sales Department then this could be the role for you. The Opportunity As Senior Specification Coordinator, you will be r esponsible for interpreting all the available information and client requirements to generate specifications for the company's range of products across a broad variety of project types. The emphasis will be on generating work to a high standard of accuracy and suitability. Each project requires management from enquiry to early design, preparation and close while supporting the commercial sales team in the market as required. WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

Role Responsibilities
  • Interpret technical drawings to enable preparation of bathroom quotations for Commercial & Residential projects
  • Manage quote submittals and responses
  • Carry out site visits prior to sales order to ensure specification is fit for purpose
  • Present proposed bathroom specifications to contractor, and/or architect, including alternatives as required
  • Preparation of monthly reports and commercial sales representative reports (on site & pipeline etc)
  • Liaise with commercial sales managers/sales representatives and provide support in dealing with any project related matters
  • Provide data sheets and relevant DOP certs in support of quotations
  • Use of CRM system to manage quotations, quote status, assigning opportunities, and conversion tracking
  • Pre-sales support by reaching out to various professionals connected with upcoming projects, to secure appointments with sales managers and representatives
  • Support and initiate continuous improvement of processes and tasks to create capacity and improve the quality of output
  • Develop sales team product knowledge with ongoing training
  • Meet with and develop/maintain relationships with key accounts (contractors) related to residential/commercial projects ensuring SONAS are securing share of their business
  • Support the sales team in market with technical knowledge
  • Lead and work autonomously with customers where required on technical matters

Key Skills
  • Fully Qualified Plumber
  • High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • High aptitude in the use of Adobe Professional or similar
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Problem-solver
  • Working Knowledge of HPI, NZEB, BREEAM, LEEAD etc
  • Core sales ability and ability to co-create solutions with customers
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required
  • Full clean driving licence
