Laundry Business Manager

The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laundry company, managing the production teams, and ensuring high-quality output for all laundry services. This individual should have strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the production teams to ensure efficient and effective workflow
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely completion of laundry services
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure output meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promote services
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment
