Job Description
- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
- Handling multiple deliveries of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and other items and including them in the inventory.
- Interacting and informing the supervisor about the current condition of the inventory and if additional restaurant supplies are required.
- Monitoring the ingredients, their proper utilization, and inclusion, along with washing and seasoning them.
Skills
- Good team working and communication skills.
- Professional experience in handling duties and responsibilities of a Commis Chef and fundamental knowledge of the role.
- An experienced individual having the required understanding and skills to execute the daily responsibilities of a Commis Chef.
- A skilled individual who can interact, collaborate, and communicate with other team members to execute various tasks.
