Portfolio Management Coordinator

Portfolio Management Coordinator On-site Kuwait City, Al Asimah Governate, Kuwait 0081 Description - Coordinate between data group teams and other bank department teams and attend follow-up teams meetings - Support business in serving them collecting their requests and sync with Portfolio Management Head for portfolio and delivery planning - Coordinate & align the delivery plans with the necessary stakeholders (e.g., IT, Risk,...)- Oversee the service delivery governance and process governance for the Data Group - Monitoring the daily progress & complete fulfillment of the requests and create summary & detailed reports & updates - Liaise with vendors during implementation (after contracting)- Coordinate between business & data team for capturing the values for the services - Administrative tasks related reports, invoices, contracts, tasks tracking system and meetings planning Requirements - 5+ years of proven coordination performance in projects - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, statistics, economics, or equivalent Experience using project management tools and methodologies and have administrative activities background.#- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur. - Organization and time management: Managing the daily activities and needs of an entire team requires an excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage your time. - Positive attitude: Generally, a positive outlook makes it easier to handle the stress of unexpected challenges and also helps the entire team stay positive and motivated - Excellent in using software and tools to track and report the progress status, schedules and updates - Has previous experience working in Banking & Financial services industry - Focused on business value and impact first - Ability to navigate through complex negotiations and prioritizations among stakeholders - Compelling people leader of diverse profiles and ability to lead both technical and inter-disciplinary teams in an agile fashion - Understands new Data technologies and their business applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
