Office Automation Division Manager

Office Automation Division Manager Responsible for : • In charge or running a smooth, efficient and profitable operations of the Office Automation Division comprising – OAD Sales Dept., Services Center, IT Dept. and Copy Centre. • Responsible for presentation of budgets, sales forecast, market studies and business plan, including advertising, promotional campaign… etc. for the Division by the end of January each year and as and when required by the president. • Responsible for fully implementing the approved business plan and conduct all necessary promotional and marketing campaigns to achieve the company goals. • Increase sales and market share of all product lines, submit recommendation for orders and ensure healthy stock levels. • Negotiate with Principals / Suppliers for best rates to ensure maximum profitability and favorable payment and delivery terms.
