As a Senior Analyst in Sales Service and Delivery (SSD) , you will play a crucial role in supporting our SSD initiatives across the APAC region. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including country Key Users, IT professionals, Infor Developers, and FBP Project Team members to evaluate, document, test, and report on SSD developments. Additionally, you will provide process training and documentation, offer onsite and remote support to Key Users during project phases, and serve as an escalation point for any issues encountered. Key Responsibilities:
- Support SSD Infor LN Developments by liaising with stakeholders to evaluate, document, test, and report on developments.
- Provide SSD Process Training and Documentation to assist Key Users during projects and post-go-live stages.
- Offer onsite support to SSD Key Users during crucial project phases, applying the train-the-trainer concept with local teams.
- Provide remote support to Key Users during FBP, local, and global transformational projects and serve as an escalation point for issues.
- 5 years of experience in support and working directly in an SSD role within a medical device organization
- Working knowledge of Infor LN and Salesforce
