About the job

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. In this role, you will develop programs and strategies that accelerate and defend Large Customer Sales (LCS) business growth across the region. You will lead a diverse team including Strategy and Operations experts and Product and Program Leads. You will be responsible for building and shaping strategic perspectives, processes, programs, and products. You will be driving thought leadership, operational excellence, structured problem-solving in service of accelerating business, product adoption and operational efficiency in the APAC LCS business. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy and operational infrastructure to help Product Go-To-Market shift from a product-first organization to a Marketing Objectives (MO)-first organization.
  • Architect and implement efficient and effective operational processes and standardized frameworks to unify our go-to-market across Marketing Objectives.
  • Manage emerging product areas and programs in a Regional Product Lead capacity helping to shape the future of the assigned products/programs, commercialize them regionally and integrate them within the MO pillars over time.
  • Deliver on cross-MO and cross-Product strategic projects that help accelerate business generation, customer success and simplify complexity for our sales teams.
  • Be responsible for creating a positive team environment in which Googlers can grow, thrive and connect to a motivating sense of purpose.
