- Develop innovative recruitment strategies, including recruitment events and career talks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to proactively source and screen potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance existing recruiting procedures and processes.
- Act as a positive ambassador for our company brand at all times while upholding strict confidentiality.
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma on-the-job training provided.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with recruiting trends and best practices.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
