The Group: The Industrial & Broad Market Group at ADI is exponentially expanding its activities and engagements, growing its power solutions to further complement its existing mixed-signal products, using lower geometry, CMOS Analog Power Process technologies. The Team: The Industrial Power Systems Design team has the mission to expand the current ADI products portfolio for power devices, adding new smart control features and integrated digital configurability on current outstanding analog solutions. Follows the requirements for the position:
  • Good knowledge of electronic circuits
  • Proficient in handling and maintaining laboratory instruments.
  • Coordinate workflow processes within the laboratory.
  • Perform maintenance on laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Populate boards with electronic components according to specifications and schedule constraint.
  • Manage component requisitions and inventory.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and procedures
  • Develop and implement automation for measurement procedures.
  • Collaborate with designers to correlate and validate measurements in project development.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols in the laboratory.
  • Clearly communicate project status to senior management
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in laboratory work, including expertise in soldering electronic components.
  • Proficient in handling and maintaining laboratory instruments.
  • Proficiency in programming in Python
  • Good communication and hands-on mentorship skills.
  • Ability to travel globally to collaborate with other Analog Devices sites (up to 10% of the time).
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • BSEE + 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with layout tools for PCB design
  • Knowledge of basis of IC design
  • Experience of circuits simulation tools
  • Knowledge of software tools useful for top-down design approach like Simplis, Simulink, Mathcad, Matlab
