Job Overview: We require a highly experienced and confident Business Development Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans for business growth and revenue. The ideal candidate should be a skilled communicator, adept at fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving organizational success. Responsibilities & Duties: § Lead the initial launch strategy and execution for the Raedat platform. § Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow Raedat. § Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders. § Collaborate with Technical and marketing teams to align on business goals and strategies. § Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions. § Monitor and analyze performance metrics to guide future business planning. Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategies, business plans, and goals.
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of market changes, corporate law, branding, and product positioning.
- Business Developments: 1 year (Preferred)
