We have the need to add to our growing team of senior managers a Head of Digital Marketing who will lead the development of our varied marketing channels. At Alison, we already have a number of strong marketing functions but a number too that need radical development. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and attention to detail-skills. Someone with the communication and personal skills to manage a group of diverse and talented teams leads into a coordinated marketing function. The position will report to our Director of Operations on a day-to-day basis but also indirectly to our CEO. The candidate needs to have experience and enjoy a fast-growing data-intensive working environment. Alison is a for-profit social enterprise - and the mission of achieving free empowerment for everyone must be an important part of the reason why you as a candidate might seek the role. Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the company's digital marketing operations across all stakeholders. Oversee the PPC, SEO, Email, Push, Social Media and App marketing operations of the Company. Manage the Content Team/Strategy of the Platform. Be part of the Senior Management Team contributing strategic as well as operation input into management discussions.
- Lead the expansion of Alison Marketing Channels beyond our current operations.
