Job Summary: The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the F&B department, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining F&B standards. Job Responsibility: 1. Supervise and coordinate F&B staff, including wait staff, bartenders, and kitchen employees. 2. Assist in training, scheduling, and performance management of F&B staff. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service. 4. Monitor and maintain F&B inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs. 5. Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement new menus, promotions, and special events. 6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B area, including compliance with health and safety regulations. 7. Monitor F&B sales and expenses, and work towards achieving revenue targets. Candidate Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a similar role within the F&B industry. 2. Excellent leadership and communication skills. 3. Strong customer service orientation. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management and cost control. 6.
