We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Accounts & operations coordinator to join our esteemed organization. Responsibilities: Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities: Accounts:
- Process accounts payable and receivable (invoices, payments, etc.)
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders (e.g., management)
- Reconcile bank statements
- Manage petty cash and office supplies
- Liaise with external auditors (as needed)
- Coordinate logistics and shipments
- Manage and track inventory
- Assist with customer service inquiries
- Prepare and maintain operational documents (e.g., procedures manuals)
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize and maintain office systems (filing, database management)
- Oversee administrative tasks (travel arrangements, mail distribution)
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Sales)
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Assist with project management tasks
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Minimum diploma in accounting, business administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (accounts or operations) preferable.
- Proficiency in any ERP is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hidd: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
