- Attending the client meeting in field/Market.
- Provide Software Demo/Presentation.
- Visiting the Market and Identifying the prospects and generating potential leads.
- Use a customer database and various methods like Yellow Pages, Internet, and newspapers to identify
- potential customers and promote Company's services via phone calls.
- Build a portfolio of potential customers, understand their needs, and sell Company's services over the phone.
- Spot business opportunities, assess customer needs, and offer Company's services to acquire new customers.
- Increase the customer and trading database by securing new contracts and persuading customers to engage in business.
- Maintain customer retention through regular calls, resolving customer issues, cross-selling, and employing effective strategies to
- enhance customer satisfaction, experience, and loyalty.
- Send quotes and proposals to clients, and regularly follow up on potential business opportunities or contract closures.
- Establish customer agreements, ensure adherence to pricing guidelines and discount policies, and meet profitability targets.
- Regularly review customer prices and renegotiate if there are discrepancies between promised and actual volumes.
- Conduct sales and marketing campaigns and communicate them through mail shots.
- Achieve targets for revenue, volume, new business, and customer activation.
- Provide timely reports on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, as well as any other reports requested by management.
- Monitor market trends and report on changes in competitor activities.
- Responsible for meeting monthly automation targets for accounts.
- Follow up on payments from customers with credit defaults.
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Outdoor Sales in Bahrain: 1 year (Preferred)
