Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsibleforcoordinatinginternalandexternalmarketing activities for the property. The role involves publicity, media coverage, community relations,corporate image, and special events to market the company image for hospitality andservices.
- Promote the brand name through formulated advertising and public relations campaigns and plan and reinforce the company identity.
- Support the implementation of ongoing, focused media and community relations programs, thatare strategically planned to support and enhance the area marketing efforts.
- Manage Marketing budget, analyze ROI of marketing investments and performance, and reportback to Management.
- Develop and grow relationships with media partners and local influencers (cultural, social,and sporting groups).
- Developandexecutepromotionalandbrand-buildingexercisesinconjunctionwith the marketing department.
- Coordinatestrategiclocal/regional/internationalpublicrelationscampaignsto achieve marketing goals.
- Create new business tie-ups and partners.
- Liaise and coordinate with the advertising agencies and media companies.
- Overlook all press releases and maintain a constant supply of articles for the mediapartners.
- Assist in producing collateral from concept to final product in line with the Rotanacorporate guidelines to build brand recall.
- Comply with the company's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of three years experience in a similar field andwithagoodknowledgeofthelocalandinternationalmediaand media culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
