Facility Manager

Facility Manager Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a Cleaning Company.
2. Bachelor's or higher Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
3. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
4. Should have experience in Janitorial and cleaning service .
5. Excellent written/spoken communication skills .
6. Solution-driven individual and Proactive in reporting.
7. Decision maker and Time management skills .
8. Complete the weekly schedule for cleaning staff.
9. Resolve complaints or issues team members have during cleanings.
10. Ensure their cleaners complete tasks on time.
