Job Description

The Swift Reporting Analyst role is part of a newly formed group utility function that provides securities data processing services to multiple lines of business within the U S Bank Investment Services division and is responsible for a wide range of tasks that must be completed to strict deadlines with an extremely high level of accuracy. 50% of this role will be focussed on SWIFT reporting activities and the other 50% focussed on BAU SWIFT Support responsibilities. The SWIFT Reporting Responsibilities: · Gathering requirements by working with stakeholders · Generation of SQL query to pull relevant data · Provisioning of sample outputs to requestor · Provides guidance around field selection for reporting BAU SWIFT Support Responsibilities: · Ad-Hoc Mailbox query resolution · Involved in the establishment of RMAs · Provides guidance on SWIFT queries received · Takes part in regular business line testing · Acts as point of contact for SWIFT related questions This role is hybrid and will include a minimum of 3 days a week in office. Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically more than three years of applicable experience. Preferred Skills/Experience. · Experience with SWIFT messaging. · Must be able to work independently, and to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities and act with sense of urgency to deliver accurate and meaningful reporting data. · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint. · Knowledge/experience with SQL coding. · Ability to think outside the box and offer solutions to complex reporting requirements. · Ability to learn and understand complex concepts, respond quickly to critical business needs, prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting demanding deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. · Experience with a report building application is beneficial Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
