Position: Social Media Executive (Customer Experience) Type of Role: Fulltime Permanent (Hybrid) Salary: Up to €33K DOE We have a great opportunity for an experienced Social Media Executive with our Client based in Celbridge, Co.Kildare. As part of the Ecommerce Team, the Customer Experience and Social Media Executive will be responsible for driving impactful customer engagement and brand advocacy across digital platforms. - You will be instrumental in delivering superior customer experience and strategically managing their social media presence, ensuring a seamless journey for their audience.
- You will support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
- You will ensure that the content strategy developed by the Content Strategist is implemented effectively.
- Join them in fostering engaging customer relationships, resolving issues with finesse, and nurturing an active and loyal online community.
- Minimum 1 year experience within a marketing role - retail head office would be beneficial
- Clear and confident communication skills
