What you'll do

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator, EMEA to support the People Operations team. As a key part of our broader People team, this individual will work across HR to provide a consistent and excellent experience to our employees. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our employees’ experience at Docusign. This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Manager, People Operations EMEA. Responsibility
  • Provide quality operational support to business units in EMEA in order to deliver a valuable HR management service
  • Coordinate key HR processes such as onboarding & new hire orientation, background checks, employment contracts, work authorization documentation, employee changes, terminations and promotions
  • Assist with employee pre-hire processes, including but not limited to background checks, new hire paperwork, employment contracts and background checks
  • Manage employee leave of absence requests across EMEA
  • Build and maintain electronic employee files
  • Respond to general HR inquiries regarding but not limited to HR policies, benefits, employee data, employment verifications and systems
  • Continually seek opportunities to create, improve, and impact HR Ops processes, collaborating with Global People Operations for alignment
  • Prepare and issue employee change documentation in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRBPs, IT and other partners
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HRIS and in the simplification and improvement of its workflows processes
  • Audit employee changes in HRIS system encompassing but not exclusive to hiring, termination, promotions, data changes, leave of absence
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Coordinate all statutory & regulatory HR reporting requirements other ad hoc responsibilities based on business needs

Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time. Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.

What you bring

Basic
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 2+ years HR or Recruiting related work experience in a high growth organization
Preferred
  • Experience with Workday or another HRIS system
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
  • Strong familiarity with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc)
  • Ability to think outside of the box and work in a fast paced and high volume environment
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-directed problem solver with the ability to contribute to the organization’s success
  • Proven ability and track record in working in a fast paced, growing organization, spanning multiple time zones
  • Experience working with leave of absences in the EMEA region
  • Enjoys problem-solving, thinking creatively and prioritizing multiple tasks & projects
  • Personal credibility and a proven track record to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with key stakeholders across many locations
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
