Site Engineer | Limerick, Munster Our valued client, a market leading T1 main contractor are seeking experienced Site Engineers to join their rapidly expanding team in Limerick & Surrounding Areas. This client has a strong pipeline of work across all sectors in the pipeline for the next 5 years in the Limerick region including commercial, pharma, life science & data centerprojects, many are multi-phase / multi-year. As Site Engineer you will ideally have 4+ years’ experience of site engineering setting out and dealing with various trades on site coupled with a relevant qualification. Previous employment with main contractors, developers or large specialist subcontractors in Ireland, UK is desirable. Duties include but not limited to:
- Generic site management duties, supervision of junior staff.
- Management of sub-contractors ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
- Delegation of generic ‘setting-out’ duties to Junior Engineers/Technicians.
- Monitoring master programme with actual progress on site.
- Manage procurement of materials in conjunction with the construction programme.
- Report to the visiting Contracts Manager & QS on a regular basis.
- Definite career path to Project Manager and continuous professional development offered.
