Description: Our client is a major insurer and has ambitious growth plans for the region. It is now looking to recruit a highly capable Head of Recruitment for the Agency Channel. Responsibilities of the role: Reporting to the Chief Agency Officer, you will lead the recruitment team to spearhead all recruitment initiatives and strategies. Responsibilities include designing of financing schemes, performance review of agency channel and agency recruitment onboarding. You will define the overall company go-to-market recruitment strategy and value propositions. Requirements of the role: You have proven senior recruitment experience in insurance sector. Exposure in insurance distribution, cluster management or sales will be preferred. You are strategic, driven, possess entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating in high-growth environment.
