You'll need expertise in Trade Finance, Supply Chain, Cash Management, Loans, and regulatory reporting. Your role involves defining architectures, managing plans, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering large-scale IT programs. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT setup projects, focusing on Global Banking and Market Operations, with a strong emphasis on Trade Finance, Supply Chain, Cash Management, and Loan products.
- Define target architectures and booking schema in collaboration with Architecture, business, and other stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, ensuring efficient delivery coordination and governance.
- Coordinate with IT teams and stakeholders to facilitate onboarding, capacity planning, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Manage test processes for front to back chain tests, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in testing procedures.
- Implement robust stakeholder management practices, including overseeing program governance, steering committees, and regular operational and working committees.
- Bring substantial functional PM experience in Global banking, particularly in Trade, Supply Chain, Cash Management, and Loans products.
- Demonstrate proficiency in transversal front to back project implementation, encompassing referential data, trade booking, settlement, reporting, regulatory compliance, accounting, and group reporting chains.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Must have 7 years of experience in relevant skills in Trade finance & Reg Reporting
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex IT projects within the Global Banking and Market Operations domain.
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Reporting, Cash Management, and Loan products, with hands-on experience in their implementation and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Manage large-scale transversal IT programs with budgets exceeding 2-3 million euros, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budgetary adherence.
- Engage effectively with CXO level stakeholders as sponsors, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines and budgets.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
