You are responsible for APAC Portfolio- Design, develop and maintain interfaces between Philips Radiology Informatics (RI) products and other hospital systems using HL7, FHIR, DICOM or other standards.
- Gather requirements and information from the customers to evaluate the need for customization, design and develop custom solutions and plugins when customization is necessary.
- Use deep technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical issues related to Philips RI products or integration with other hospital systems.
- Develop and maintain integration specifications and solutions documentation for Philips RI products and customizations.
- Collaborate with local and global support teams, R&D, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues, provide timely and accurate updates regarding technical issues to the relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial team, Clinical Consultants, and Technical Support team to ensure the timely delivery of Philips RI solutions and services to customers.
- Participate in post-project assessments to measure the overall project success and gather feedback from the stakeholders.
- Engage in knowledge sharing with the team to promote continuous improvement of the processes and services.
- Minimum 6 Years’ experience in preferably in service management or project management.
- Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction, with 'Positive and Can-Do' attitude and motivation.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
