FINANCE ASSISTANT Our company is looking for a Finance Asisstant to join our growing team, please review the list of job responsibilities and qualifications. Main Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Person in-charge for AP & AR function for the start with aim to handle full set of accounts for assigned companies, including preparation of month-end management reports & schedules (AP, AR, Interco, bank reconciliations, etc) 2. Liaise with auditors on annual audit of financial statements of assigned companies 3. Preparation of remittances and follow up with banks on other banking matters. 4. Bank Account Opening 5. Preparation of cashflow report on a timely basis 6. Updating of FX rates in SAP 7. Preparation and submission of GST Report on a quarterly basis 8. Submission of annual report including preparation of XBRL reports on a yearly basis. 9. Perform Administrative duties as and when required 10. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required. Job Requirements 1. Pro-active, committed and motivated individual who is meticulous, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment 2. Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills 3. Relevant accounting diploma, degree and accounting work experience 3. 3 years working experience handling full sets of accounts with SAP B1 accounting software is preferred 4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel applications 5.
